SHNTool bumped to 1.2.2!

Today SHNTool was bumped to 1.2.2, in order to fix a couple of small bugs. For more information on SHNTool, see either the homepage or this thread.

 + fixed bug in md5 mode that caused extra RIFF chunks to inadvertently be
   included in the calculation of MD5 fingerprints
 + relaxed the file name placeholder requirement for the cust format module
   (the '%f' placeholder can now be a substring of an argument)
