Does anyone know how to use last.fm scrobbling api when you have multiple artists in a tag?

Last.fm does not support %AlbumArtist% scrobbling let along multiple artists is no way for them... unfortunately.

What to do then, send the first artist or concatenate them? Artist1 & artist2 & ...
