CDex not noticing cd rom drives?

For some reason the new version and the older version of CDex do not notice my cd-rom drives, one of which is a cdrw drive.

EAC notices both drives without a problem.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

CDex 1.50b1 is buggy as hell.

Have you already downloaded the patch Faber made?

But it's still very buggy. Better go back to 1.40 stable and wait for 1.50b2. (Which will probably be mostly bugfixes)

I had the same problem with the previous version of CDex to.  My cdrw drive is the 40x lite-on.
