linux - wav offset-correction for bit-perfect burning

i believe cuetools can do this, but can you recommend native linux tools for this task?

i somehow missed this thread, thanks a lot for pointing me to it.

never heard of mktoc before, will give it a try.

any non-python tools creating cues (not toc files) to be recommended?
