why does CUETools give me this error? unknow imput format

hi

i'm tring to decode some mp3 to wav and i try to use  CUETools 2.1.5 portable

but i got this error exceptition:unknow imput format ?

i tried several mp3 same problem , i'm using the last version under w7 64bit

I don't think that CUEtools supports MP3 decoding.

CUETools does not support MP3 input.
