EAC can capture the index markers within individual tracks on a CD and can rip them according to that, but does CueTools have this ability?
If it does not, then would it be possible to include support for it?
Below is an example of a cuesheet with index-marked tracks. At the moment it doesn't seem like any other ripping (or splitting) software besides EAC can handle it. It would be nice if CueTools could do this as well.

It does indeed detect the index markers. This is a cue sheet it made using CueTools 2.1.7:
I'm not entirely sure I understand your question, though. Are you looking to split the individual indexes into tracks?

CUETools can do the first three options but not the last.
Thanks for reminding me about that, I still have a chance.
Though I still wish CueTools could do that because EAC doesn't support unicode & I have to change every cue sheet I have to ANSI as well as make the WAV file name normal English characters which then wipes out any metadata names I have :/
