Action lists of Scheduler: play track 10, 11, 12 and start again with

Could I add an action to the scheduler or do it in any way (without using a new playlist), that at a special time (so far I have done) e.g. track 10 (radio station) of a playlist is played and when it is unavailable the next one, item 11 will be played and after the next one station 12 and if 12 is unavailable (no stream or no Internet connection) it starts with 10 again and so on?
