Creating iTunes playlist with Foobar (?)

I am using iPod Touch 2.0.2 and iTunes 8 and been wondering for sometime that is it possible to do a playlist with foobar and then convert it to a iTunes playlist ?This way updating of my Touch would be so much faster and I hate using iTunes since my pc isn`t from the high-end, it makes my computer so slow :s
