Always upsample files lower than 44.1kHz?

Hello. I have a soundcard that uses DS and ASIO. When using DS, everything is fine, but with ASIO, the player refuses to play files with a sample rate lower than 44.1kHz. Is there a way for foobar to force a minimum sample rate of 44.1 (thus upsampling 22, 11kHz et al) and leave files with 48, 88, 96 and 192 untouched?
