Convert Foobar playlist to YouTube playlist

I have huge playlist in foobar2000 which I done through the years.
Is there a way to automatically convert it to a YouTube playlist?
So I can listen to it via the YouTube app everywhere?
I want it to be the same order of tracks.

Foobar can probably export to M3U
If you google a bit on "convert m3u playlist to youtube" you wil find sites like these https://soundiiz.com/tutorial/import-m3u-to-youtube

I have many Flac tracks that comes with a cue file so the conversation to YouTube fail to convert the right track names. So many conflicts.
