ColumnsUI: Is there a way to change font/color on each Filter Column?

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a way to theme individual ColumnsUI - Filter Panels (or an alternative Filter/Facets-esque component)?

Essentially, I want my columns to look like this mock-up -- where the 'Genre' Filter selection is a Yellow Font and the 'Artist' Filter selection is Teal: http://i.imgur.com/ddT1IK0.png

Right now, my Foobar2k looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/SeemSwR.png

..as the 'Colours and Font' settings only allow modifying all filter Panels: http://i.imgur.com/8BbdcPB.png

The only other workaround I can think of is maybe use a Playlist Switcher that feeds into a Filter, but I'm not quite sure how to do that. Is it possible to have a Playlist Switcher with all the music for a Genre, then use a Filter Panel to filter the selected playlist by Artist selection?

Thanks!

Filters support title formatting, so you can use $rgb() (e.g. something like $rgb(255,0,0,0,0,255)$if2(%genre%,<unknown>) ).

However, you lose proper support for multi-value fields when using title formatting there, unfortunately.
