Sample from aoTuV b4 broken by gcc4

This is the ogg vorbis file of the sample (from ff123's site) I got from a aoTuV beta 4 compile that was broken by gcc4 (but seems okay with gcc3).  If you look at the vorbis tags, it was encoded at -q 3 but the output bitrate is high and there is terrible distortion.
