WASAPI & music files with a range of different bit/sampling rates

I've found that the only way to get Foobar2000 to successfully play music through my Steinberg UR22 via WASAPI, is to set the Output data format in Configure > Playback > Output to the bitrate of the track I want to play, and set my UR22's sampling rate to the sampling rate of the song. It's an.. unworkable level of friction. I'm using the latest WASAPI version from here: http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_out_wasapi, and fb2k v1.4.8. Is there any way to solve this, so I can play my whole music library at each song's native bitrate/sampling rate automatically? Thank you.

edit: I found this, and it worked: https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php/topic,67376.0.html - leaving thread here in case anyone in the future goes looking for info on this using keywords present in the post. I have fb2k output to 24bit & my UR22 set to 96kHz, and the resampler set to upsample to 96Hz.
