I have some soundtracks, extracted from original movie DVDs in ac3 and mp2 formats...it's possible write tags in it? I wanna scrobble these tracks on Last.fm while listening.
foobar2000 can add id3 tags to mp2 files. Also it can add tags to ac3 (don't know what tags format) if you have installed ac3 decoder (http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_ac3 (http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_ac3))
