3rd party Remote Software

I love my Audigy2 ZS Platinum, but I really don't want to install MediaCenter just to use the included remote. Ideally I'd like to use the remote from within WMP9...

The only 3rd party application I've found is uICE, but the current version does not support the ZS remote (model RM-1500, the current uICE supports up to RM-1000).

Has anyone found anything else? Has anyone here used uICE? (I guess I can always wait for a new release)

Looks like girder only MIGHT work with a plugin posted by some guy on the message boards...

I'll fiddle when i get a chance, but anyone have any other (easier) solutions?
