Playback Statistics won't work.

Hi Everyone,

I upgraded to Windows 10 on my Dell Latitude 3440, and now the PLAYCOUNT column stays blank. Here's the list of my installed components:

The troubleshooter says none of these are problematic. I checked component updates, and none are available.  This is my main layout:

I've tried entering PLAYCOUNT, PLAY_COUNT and %PLAY_COUNT% without any luck.

Suggestions?

Switch to 'Scripts' tab instead of 'Options' on the right side and input %play_count% there.
