Error reading iTunesDB : I/O Error: AFCFileRefOpen

I am a software developer and recently upgraded my desktop environment from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2008 R2.  I am running the following:
  • foobar2000 1.1.1
  • foo_dop.dll 0.6.8.6
  • iTunes 10.1.2.17
  • iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.2.1
[/i]I am able to load the iPhone database using File > iPod > Load Library, but any attempt to remove an item from the iPhone from the playlist (Right click > iPod > Remove from iPod) results in the following error:
[blockquote]Error reading iTunesDB : I/O Error: AFCFileRefOpen returned: 2 Path was: /iTunes_Control/iTunes/iTunesCDB[/blockquote]Everything had been working just fine under the previous version of Server 2008...this has been happening only since the upgrade.

I can still use CopyTrans Manager to manage my iPhone contents, but its playlist management isn't as easy as using foobar2000. And, of course, iTunes works but I DESPISE the bloody thing, and I need to manage my contents from other computers as well so foobar2000 is my tool of choice.
