Dolby Headphone decoders?

Are there any Dolby Headphone decoders available?  I'd like some sort of hardware that will accept 5.1 optical in, and output Dolby Headphone.

All I can seem to find are surround headphones, I can't find a decoder by itself.

Are there any?

You want an encoder, I can't find one either.

I was thinking I'd need an encoder...  I saw an ad for a headphone that came with a "decoder" and got confused.

hmmm, I'll have to keep looking.

Encoder, decoder, they are all mixed up in the Dolby headphone world.

What they all mean is REALLY a dolby digital decoder with a dolby headphone encoder.

Regardless, they'll sell it as Dolby headphone encoder or decoder, even if it does just that.

Some examples  are:

alright, now I know.  thanks!  I'll keep looking for one without a set of headphones, but I have a feeling I'll have to eventually give in and get the bundle.

thanks again!
