Identifying classical music piece

Hello everyone,

I stumbled on this board because of a question related to mine, and judging by the helpful responses, I think this is the right place:

Can anyone identify the composition in Adam Curtis' The Trap, ep. 1, playing between ~9:49-10:00 (the b/w scene with people working a giant strategy board)? It's a short sample. I (am pretty sure that I) went through all of the scores listed on the Wikipedia page, but I had no luck. I was pretty sure it would be in the North by Northwest scores...
