"Them Changes" spectrogram differences -- what's gong on here?

I was checking for a lossy -> lossless transcode and this artifact showed up.  I don't hear a difference (mono bluetooth speaker) b/w the two and I can't speak to the sources., but they both appear to be flac.

Can anyone explain what is going on, i.e., why these look so different?

Seems like one of of them is remastered version.

Also noticed this. The OP is using a mono speaker so they would sound the same.
