Crash on exit

I get a crash every time I close foobar that I can't figure out, here's the crash dump: https://pastebin.com/bKb29DV2
I'd be happy to just suppress the error if it can't be fixed as everything works just fine.

SMP crashes foobar if there is any active connection to the web via activex objects while closing, that's known for biography, there have been multiple pull requests to fix it but the author is missing. So either fix it yourself or ask at the bio thread for an update.
