I have two PSF files, neither work fine

Hi i tried to rip Tron Bonne (ps1 game). I had this and this psx files, but the first one is speed up, and the other it doesnt sound like it should.

I used foobar with  PSF Decoder and AOPSF Decoder. What can i do? Extract/make the psf files from 0? I dont know how...

are the file bad or the reproducer is the problem?
