Edit Music Folders Path

I couldn't find any posts on this issue, so I'll ask it here.  How can you edit or change the pathway in Preferences-Media Library-Music folders?  I have a new NAS on which all of my music is stored (the old one suffered an ignominious death, but the data was saved by the RAID configuration).  However, foobar only sees the old path for the old NAS.  I removed the old path, but I don't know how enter the new path.  I deleted foobar entirely, and did a reinstall, but the old path shows up again.  I see all of my music on the drive, but I can't open anything.  Please advise.
