Just for reference: When he says "low latency" in this context it means something around 20ms or less.  

50ms starts to be high latency, and some HDMI setups do have this or higher latency.
Some bluetooth setups have around 1 second of latency in audio mode (less in speech mode). Seeking in a song in my car connected to my mobile with bluetooth is something unpleasant. (No way to get the destination correct)
