Technic 1210 MK II Original Purchase Receipt

Just flew my Technic 1210 MKII's in from UK to Mexico where I'm currently living and running a disco party. Customs seized them asking for $700 US for import taxes as they do not consider them a musical instrument. Despite my objections and links to DMC Championship videos proving they are in fact a music instrument it looks like I'm going to have to pay the import tax. The thing is, they are valuing them at the most recent Grand Class SL1300G ($3,300) and not the 1210 MK II's which probably sold for around $400 new at the time (discounted in 2010). I'm hoping that somebody in this thread may have a purchase receipt of the MK II's to prove the value of the item and reduce my tax bill. Reward can be paid for anyone who can help me out!

Will an old ad saying $350 help? https://www.pinterest.com/pin/407786941230325306/
Or an offer on eBay? https://www.ebay.com/itm/356170715372

Beware that 1210s without scratch marks go for much more among collectors.

(Edit: Heck, buy the latter and use the recipt? You are getting it cheaper in total?)
