Convert ALAC (Apple Loseless) to FLAC (or WAV) ?

Is there a good program or frontend out there that will convert ALAC (Apple Loseless) straight to FLAC? 

Or even to WAV since I can then use FLAC frontend? 

Either route would be acceptable, thanks....

Foobar2000 with ALAC plugin does it - I did this just the other day.  There are several others that can do it too.
Was that a 1 or a 0?

What, don't want to use foobar2000?  dBpowerAMP is another program that can go straight from ALAC to FLAC.  iTunes can also covert ALAC files to WAV (no FLAC support).

Nope, don't want to use foobar2000.

I was hoping to use a program I already installed on my machine and it sounds like iTunes will do the trick.  I can convert it to FLAC later.

using iTunes? a better bet would be to use dBpoweramp.  just a suggestion, and itll be better in the long run as well.

Then you should've said in your OP, you were given an answer to your question. foobar can do it all in one step whilst retaining tags. Using iTunes to convert to wav then something else to go to flac will mean you have to retag everything.
