.cue/.bin nothing but noise

I want to convert a handful of albums that were given to me in the bin/cue format.  I tried several different approaches including wavpack, nero 6 and dbPoweramp, but always come up with white noise (like a data disc).  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

I don't know how difficult it is to install sox on a Windows machine but you can just run
Code: [Select]
sox -t cdr data.bin CDImage.wav

Have you tried loading the cue as a CD in Daemon Tools?

You may have been given DTS CDs--which require a DTS decoder for audio playback.
