Bluetooth features

I think the internet radio support could be improved. The most important would be to skip to the next/previous station on the list when the next/previous signal is received through Bluetooth. It's dangerous when people have to start fiddling with their phones instead of simply pushing a button on the steering wheel.
It would be nice if the list of internet radio stations could be reordered without having to remove and re-add stations in a different order. Looping to the first element from the last and back to the first from the last on next/previous would also be convenient.
