foo_mpeg4u.dll has a bug at he-aac.mp4->.aac

I use foobar2000 0.8.1.
There is a foo_mpeg4u.dll...2004-03-19...157,184byte...ver 1.0
This file converted certain he-aac .aac file does not work.
But mp4creator60.exe...2003-12-29...364,544byte...ver 1.0.
covert he-aac mp4-> he-aac aac correctly...works fine...no error.

I attach that he-aac mp4 file.

Please test it.
