problems with playback

I purchased this song from Amazon :

When playing the song, at seconds 4, 8, and 13, there is a click sound then a volume drop, then at second 19, a click and then no volume at all for a while.
I checked the mp3 by playing it with VLC, and with VLC there is no problem.
This is on windows 7 64-bit, foobar2000 v1.3.13, the Playback Output Device is 'Primary Sound Driver'

No problems at all using foobar 1.3.13, Windows 10 64-bit, output to speakers via ASUS Xonar DSX sound card. Only third-party component is JScript Panel.

Thank you for your response Jailhouse.  it prompted me to completely uninstall and re-install fb2k and the 3 extra components, and now the song sounds fine.  Thank you !
