Clicking on http://www.foobar2000.org/getfile/bb5b4ae6ef0411ac9fb3861e1ddfdb8b/foobar2000_v1.4_beta_19.exe redirects to the main pages and the JS doesn't trigger the download from http://www.foobar2000.org/files/bb5b4ae6ef0411ac9fb3861e1ddfdb8b/foobar2000_v1.4_beta_19.exe
Tested on FF / Chrome
