sis620 and monitor Ag neovo problem

Hi
i update the last drivers for my old agp620 and for the monitor
but i have a problem , only under w98se

i use w2k tooo and it works perfeclty!!!
but under w98se i see under the windows the shadows,
when i move a windows , i see shadows around the graphics & text
