change standard icons

I want to be able to change the play, pause, previous and fast forward default icons in foobar2000. I put the icons that I want to change in the icons folder of Foobar but I am not sure where to go to change them.

In Default UI, right-click toolbar buttons > Customize Buttons > select one and 'Change Icon'... (Icon size is limited to toolbar size so they might be downscaled)

Similar in Columns UI... (though I believe icons can be bigger)

Why doesn't my FB2K installation have an icons folder?  Do I have to make one myself?
