Try unchecking all the scripts, and then re-enable only the ones you actually use, one at a time, so you can see which one is causing a problem.

Only the deezer engine works! How can this be, the program has just been updated

Sites break scripts all the time, I fix broken scripts as they are reported to me (so if people aren't using a given script, it doesn't matter if it's broken), when I get time. Scripts are all easily editable so if anyone else wants to contribute a fix those are always welcome too.

Sometimes a website just makes itself un-usable to scripts, in which case that source can no longer be used at all, sadly.

I realized very well that the Deezer was working, I read the topic and did not see such problems with others, I hope the scripts will be updated by those who understand their main 5-6 sites.

How do I save a cover as "cover.jpg" and not "Cover.jpg". I want it to save as all lowercase.

Just change the path to save the cover as to lower case, it will save it as you have written it. Unless the file already exists with an upper-case name, in which case it will be overwritten but the case won't change. That's standard Windows file system behaviour, though.

I figured that was the right way to do it.  I tried that and it didn’t save the change.  As in the next time I used the program it was back to uppercase.  Maybe I messed something up…. The setting for the min and max checkboxes also didn’t save.  I have it syrup and called from MP3Tag, maybe that has something to do with it. 


Either way, thanks for this.  Great program!

It was the parameters I had set in MP3Tag for this tool.  Once I changed the parameters, all was good.

Is there any hope of waiting for the scripts to be updated? Some of the covers on Deezer are missing, and nothing else is working.

If there's a specific script you liked that used to work well for you but no longer does then you can post a request here and when I get time I can take a look at it and see if it can be fixed. Sometimes the source sites just make it impossible, though.

iTunes is working. 5000px images are not generally available. qobuz is working (as of v0.6 - update it if you need to). Discogs has a whole bunch of IP blocking, rate limiting and other protections on it, you are better off registering and getting a free API key then using discogsAPI.boo instead. LastFM cover is working. metal-archives.boo is working. MusicBrainz is working. https://www.allcdcovers.com/ looks dead to me. https://coverlib.com/ is blocking me through cloudfare, don't know if it's just me or generally.

Sites these days are often using Cloudfare or similar, if your IP gets blocked by one of these (either through your own actions or often others actions on your ISP) then you typically can't use the site until your ISP gives you a new IP. VPNs can help, but also get blocked more often to start with.
