Minor accessibility glitches

Hello. I've accidentally come across some minor accessibility glitches in the latest 0.9.6.2 version of FB2K. In Advanced preferences/tagging/mp3/preferred tag writing scheme, Foobar reports no state on checked scheme while all other schemes are being reported as checked. The same applies to mp4/Tag Location setting. All other items are reported properly. Tested with Jaws & NVDA screen readers.
