better lossles compression in psytell aac 1.3 ???

i used to compress  my aac files with winrar to get en axtra drop of 6% off the .aac file.

however if i compress the new .aac fiels i get from v 1.3beta wit winrar i only get a 2% drop..

is there an improved loosless compression in the new release or another reason for this behavior

Note to all -

New version of AACEnc (retail!) is now available, AACEnc v1.5

What's new?

Improvements over v1.2

- Much improved CBR mode (128 Kbits/s or less!)
- New ATH formula (much better sensitivity)
- Improved VBR modes, bugfixes on some critical items
- Significantly better 128 Kbps mode

Almost all coding tools are checked and improved. Noiseless coding module (loseless step) is also improved.
