Error Parshing cuesheet

When I load the cuesheet into foobar and press play I get an error. I do have the .tta codec installed as I'm able to drop the actual file and play it. I tried changing "The True Audio" to just "True Audio" but that didn't work. Cue file posted below.

 "Unable to open item for playback (Error parsing cuesheet: invalid FILE syntax (line 3))"
