LAME Problem Sample at -V 0

Hi everyone, I'm a new user here but a long time reader of the forums.  :)

I was encoding some music to -V 0 using LAME 3.100 and after listening back to a particular song I noticed some artifacts that were easily ABXable. After trying out some other options, it seems that LAME has trouble with this particular sample at higher bitrates. I thought it would be worthwhile to post it here and see if others can hear what I'm hearing so easily, and also because I know some LAME developers are here on the forums as well.

Here's my ABX report when trying to distinguish between lossless and -V 0:
