Title: No playback, foobar thinks it is...
Post by: LostPhil on 2009-09-03 12:45:39
Hi all,

Since last night, I can;t play any files in Foobar (FLAC mainly but I've tried an mp3). There's a play symbol next to the tracks and CD Art Display shows the track details yet there's no sound, the progress stays at 0.00 and even if you move the progress bar to halfway through nothing happens...

It's driving me crazy.

Any ideas?

The only thing I really changed last night was install Rainmeter, although this isn't related to Foobar at all and it happens whether it's open or closed. It was also playing while I was mucking around with it so I don't think it could be that?

Try re-select the output device under Preferences > Playback > Output.
