Can SSRC be better in resampling wave files than Cool Edit 2000?

Settings used in Cool Edit 2000 (high quality-999 and pre/post filter selected).

Incredible how much times I had to link this, from EAC's, here, or Hardware.fr, while nobody seemed interested @ r3mix.net

In fact, I moved it in the FAQ of r3mix.net only because of people asking in other forums  !
