DTS 5.1 Wav. to Dolby Digital 5.1 AC3

Is there a way to convert DTS 5.1 Wav files to Dolby Digital 5.1 AC3?

I have quite a few non commercial DTS 5.1 wav cd-r's.......unfortunatly, my bose lifestyle 28 only has an AC3 input
