Saving ring tones from an old cell phone?

I have an old Motorola 120C cell phone from the late '90s which has some ring tones that I'd like to preserve somehow. They are definitely much more "old school" and basic compared to the ring tones that appear on more modern phones.

Does anyone know of a way to digitally "capture" the ring tones from something like this?  I really have no idea how one would go about doing this, but I just thought I'd ask.

I supposed I could record them with a microphone as a last resort, but obviously this isn't an ideal method

Thanks.
