Tag Editing: Save ONLY changes

Hello,

here is something improvable I found in foobar:
- select multiple files in a playlist and
- choose "Properties" dialog, Tab "Metadata"
- "Comment" has multiple entries: delete them
- Clicking "OK" updates ALL files, even those, that didn't have a Comment-Tag

Only files that were actually changed should be saved because otherwise it takes a lot of time if you edit a big group of files and it unnecessarily changes "last modified" time stamp of unchanged files (bad for file backup).

Cheers,
jon
