i hear dither effect when i compare flac to original file. (dither effect is obvious in high frequency)
i don't smoke, drink (drugs, whatever).
foobar v1.1.5
flac encoder: latest official.
settings: no processing, dithering, etc, compression: l8.

You mean you think you hear a "dither effect".

Do you have any objective evidence to support your suspicion?
