AAC header error

Hi all,

I'm having trouble decoding an AAC ADTS stream, would really appriciate any help...
Examining the file I see the ADTS header prior to each frame, yet there are 4 extra bytes before that which I don't recognise.

Before first frame: 00 10 10 68 FF
Before second frame: 00 10 0B E0
Before third frame: 00 10 09 D8
etc...

Anyone has an idea what these are? An encapsulation of some sort?

Also, and unrelated is there a way to insert comments to AAC frames?
