How do I know which Gap Detection Method to use? (EAC Drive Options)

Drive is Pioneer BDR-209D

Please see attached image for a gap detection.

Current settings is the recommended as per this guide: https://captainrookie.com/how-to-setup-exact-audio-copy-for-flac-ripping/#Gap-Detection-tab

So Detection Method A on Secure.

Please see my screenshot of detected gaps and tell me if you think it looks ok

If not what should i look out for? Should all gaps be exactly the same? How do I know if Detection Method A is the method for my drive?

Thanks guys!

There can be occasional exceptions. You shouldn't base the settings on one CD.

The gaps detected are a bit short but this CD may be an exception.

Note: It appears
Options > General > Display times using frames
is unchecked, so gaps shown are in hundredths.
