Works for me
Thanks, but it's not really working for me, as I have several library folders which are located on different discs and have different depth. Whereas the above scripts start counting from the root of the disc for all the folders. I could probably go into reorganising and moving everything to the same levels, but that's not something I want to do now and it's easier for me to keep using the old version until it get fixed (I hope it will be).
Does anybody knows whether Peter has plan to implement native support for that feature? That is what I miss very seriously.

Other Lossy Codecs / Re: lossyWAV 1.4.2 Development (was 1.5.0)
Last post by Hakan Abbas -
I made a few experiments with LossyWAV (I used default setting). I hope the results are not deleted again. Maybe I can add this mode to HALAC 0.2.9, but I still think it's early. The results are interesting. WMA Lossless did a really good job. All codecs on the list are at the highest level. So I didn't take into account the process speeds. They can already be predicted.

I made a small arrangement for HALAC. Actually, I disabled the predictor and only a simple filter remained. And that's why it was faster than the "-fast" mode. It was not used as 16 bit 8+8 because it was also necessary to deal with it. The following results are the results I have obtained with the Order-0 entropy encoder. With the Order-1, a slight speed decrease can probably get better results.

But as I said before, Lossywav works quite slowly (at least for me). As Converter, I used "fre:ac".

foobar2000 for Mac / Re: foobar2000 for Mac: bugs & wishes
Last post by Guildencrantz -
Nailed it. Steps to reproduce:

—open the main window;
—adjust date column width to your liking;
—open search window (I mean media library search window, not the playlist search window; why these commands have different locations in the menu is beyond me, by the way);
—close it;
—close the main window;
—open it again;
—date column width is reduced.

And can you please add at least Properties command to the menu? Since I also use fb2k for tagging, I’m tired of opening this window by right-clicking, I’d rather use a (manually created) shortcut for this.
