Big fan of Foobar... I'm about 5 months "iTunes Free" and very happy with the switch. I do however like to keep track of play counts and last played dates, so I use the (IIRC) bundled Playback Statistics component and custom sorting columns. Recently however, I'm not sure when, my play counts and last played tags for some of my tracks went ape sh*t. Specifically, an assortment of 91 tracks (seemingly random) got weird data applied to them, like over 4 million plays and "last_played" dates from the year 2032. I may love listening to my music, but I haven't developed technology to bend time.
How can I reset the "played" and "last_played" fields for these tracks? Any ideas what might have caused the problem? Thanks!
Why not confirm what statistics component you are using? Would help to focus assistance. No playback component is bundled with foobar2000.
Go the preferences > Components and check.
Might as well follow the standard procedure and hit the copy button on the components page and paste into a message CODEBOX.
