Minimizing to system tray prevents global hotkeys

Hey all, Merry Christmas.

I'm having some trouble with global hotkeys with a Microsoft Media Pro Keyboard. The keyboard's previous and next buttons work with foobar maximised / restored, but if i minimize foobar to the system tray, the previos and next buttons don't work, anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance, Richard.

It works if it isn't minmized to the system tray, but simply to the open programs list along the bottom.
