Is there a plugin that has a function to like reload a folder on some time intervals or just when I press lika a scan key or something to keep my playlist updated and synced with my music folders?
Does the built in "database" in foobar have this function (and if, how can I do that?), if not is there any plugin that can make this possible?

have you tried foo_playlist_bind? assign it to a hotkey and your request is fullfilled
